1. Introduction
Welcome to EXILE. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
These Terms are governed by UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Products & Availability

We specialise in selling individual collectible trading cards, primarily Magic: The Gathering singles, and occasionally sealed products.

Single cards are typically unique, one-of-a-kind items.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock due to inventory discrepancies. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
4. Refunds & Returns
4.1 Faulty or Mis-Shipped Cards
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or clearly counterfeit card, notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery with a photo or written description.

The original item must be returned in the same condition (unless otherwise agreed).

We will either resend the correct card (if available) or issue a refund.

Many singles are one-off items, so refunds may be issued instead of replacements.
4.2 Lost or Undelivered Orders
If Royal Mail confirms your order as lost, we will initiate a claim on your behalf and refund the full purchase price, including shipping.

As most singles are unique, replacements are not possible for lost items.
4.3 Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
Due to the collectible nature of single cards, returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted. This applies even if the wrong card was ordered.
4.4 Sealed Products
Sealed products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty.
4.5 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to appear.
5. Shipping & Insurance

All orders are shipped in accordance with our UK Shipping & Insurance Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is delivered to the carrier, but insurance is included or available as an upgrade (see policy for details).
6. Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 3 pm UK time are processed same day; others are dispatched the next working day.

We generally dispatch within 1–2 working days.
7. Cancellations
We may cancel orders where:

Items are unavailable due to stock errors.

Payment issues occur.

Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped; however, once dispatched, the relevant returns/refund policy applies.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for:

Delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Losses not caused by our breach.
